Customers pay for the service they request. Haulyn collects that payment, retains a platform service fee, and pays the remainder to the driver or transportation company that completed the job. Card payments run through Stripe; provider payouts go through Stripe Connect.

Haulyn uses Stripe to process customer payments and Stripe Connect to pay providers. Sensitive card data is handled by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure — not stored on Haulyn's own systems.
