Valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and proof of active insurance verified for every vehicle class.

Vehicle condition and safety standards confirmed. Vehicles must meet year and condition requirements for their class.
Your money never touches our servers.
All payment processing runs through Stripe's PCI DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure. Haulyn never stores, processes, or has access to full card numbers.
End-to-end encryption
Card data is encrypted from your device to Stripe. Haulyn receives only transaction confirmations and last-four digits.
Stripe Connect payouts
Driver earnings are paid directly into their Stripe-connected bank account. Haulyn cannot redirect or intercept payouts.

Stripe's machine learning fraud detection screens every transaction in real time.

Haulyn requires all providers to carry active personal auto insurance that meets or exceeds state minimums. For rideshare and chauffeur modes, commercial or TNC insurance coverage applies during active trips as required by Georgia law and applicable regulations.
Zero tolerance.
No harassment
Haulyn enforces a strict no-harassment policy. Drivers and customers who violate it are permanently removed.
No impaired driving
Zero tolerance for driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Reported incidents result in immediate deactivation.
Ratings & accountability
Two-way ratings after every job. Consistently low-rated participants are reviewed and may be removed from the platform.
