Our commitment
Haulyn is committed to making our website and services accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
What we've done
- Semantic HTML with proper heading hierarchy and landmark regions.
- Keyboard-navigable interface — all interactive elements are reachable and operable without a mouse.
- ARIA labels on interactive components, navigation, and form elements.
- Sufficient color contrast ratios meeting WCAG AA standards.
- Focus indicators on all interactive elements.
- Responsive design that works across screen sizes and zoom levels up to 200%.
- Reduced-motion support via the prefers-reduced-motion media query for users who are sensitive to animation.
- Alt text on images and decorative elements marked with aria-hidden.
Known limitations
We are continuously improving. Some areas that are currently being addressed:
- The mobile navigation menu may not announce state changes to all screen readers.
- Some older PDF documents may not be fully tagged for screen reader access.
- We are working to improve color contrast in some data visualization components.
